SONNIE EKWOWUSI is a Legal Practitioner & Notary Public. He is the Principal Partner, Sonnie Ekwowusi & Co. (Legal Practitioners & Notaries Public). He is Member of the Editorial Board of THISDAY newspaper, and, a Wednesday columnist of the same newspaper. He is Director of Project for Human Development (PHD) Over the years, Sonnie has been a member of the Nigerian delegation to the United Nations, New York. Sonnie is a recipient of the 2010 Global Leadership Award jointly awarded by the Leadership Institute, Arlington, Virginia, United States, the Howard Center and the Bow Group, United Kingdom. He is a member of the Advisory Board of Zarephath Aid.

KENECHUKWU DAVID graduated from the Nnamdi Azikiwe University, Awka Anambra State with Honours in Business Administration in 2000. Until he departed the shores of Nigeria to the United States he served as the Head of General Administration in ZAREPHATH AID between 2007 and 2018, an assignment which brought him close to both correctional centres inmates and officials of the Judiciary. During this time, astounding success was recorded on all fronts of the vision. From his present base, Kenechukwu contributes on an advisory capacity towards the vision. He also serves as a Coordinator of the Diaspora Commission of ZAREPHATH AID wherein he coordinates efforts to spread the vision beyond Nigeria. He is married to Stella and they have Munachukwuyi, their daughter.

CHRISTOPHER IYOHA is an invaluable asset on the Board of Advisors of ZAREPHATH AID. His sagacity in the Business and investment sectors of Nigeria make him a rare gem. He is the Chief Executive Officer of St Chris Global Ltd, a holding company of the various business imprints of Mr Chris involving manufacturing, distributing and import. He severally won the National Distributor award of Gee Pee Nig Ltd, a company specializing in the production of water tanks and assorted plastic products. He has a diploma in Business from the Lagos State University, Ojo Lagos. Chris is also a National Director of the Full Gospel Business Men’s Fellowship International and serves in the South West 4 District. Chris is married with children
KENE UDEMEZUE, Esq. He graduated in 1995 from the University of Nigeria, Nsukka obtaining a Bachelor of Laws (LL.B) degree. In 1996 he was called to the Nigerian Bar. Kene’s wealth of experience has been a key plank upon which the success of ZAREPHATH AID is predicated. He has brought passion and decorum to bear in the pursuit of the vision. Kene, a member of the Nigerian Bar Association, is the Lead Partner in the firm of Kene Udemezue and Associates, a law firm specializing in corporate and criminal law practice. He is married with children

CHUKWUDI CYRIL NNALUGHA, Esq – He graduated from the then Bendel State University, Ekpoma (now Ambrose Alli University) in 1986 obtaining a Bachelor of Laws(LL.B) degree in the process. Chuks, as he is fondly called was called to the Nigerian Bar in 1987. He subsequently received a Master of Laws (LL.M) degree from the University of Lagos Akoka. He worked briefly in the Chambers of Chief AN Osuji Esq (of blessed memory) and Chief Agbamuche SAN (of blessed memory). In 1990 he established the firm of Chuks Nnalugha and Associates (Legal Practitioners) a firm of lawyers with specialization in Investment law practice, mergers/acquisitions, and Intellectual law and property rights. He has been an integral and dependable part of ZAREPHATH AID. As a member of the Board, Chuks brings to bear a legal experience spanning over thirty years in active litigation. He doubles as a volunteer contributing his inestimable quota to the quest for reforms. Chuks is also a Notary Public of Nigeria. He is a member of the Nigerian Bar Association and he is married with children.
